Dr. Ogo is well-versed family physician who has been in active family practice in Alberta since 2017. She earned her undergraduate degree in Nigeria and went on to complete her residency training in family medicine before relocating to Canada. Dr. Ogo has more than 14 years of experience practicing as a family physician.
Dr. Ogo believes in putting the patient's needs and concerns at the forefront of her practice. She has a special interest in women's health, mental health and provides specialized care in these areas. Dr. Ogo is passionate about preventive medicine, and believes in patient centered approach to medical care. .

Dr Stephen Adilih earned his medical degree in Nigeria and completed his residency in Family Medicine in the United Kingdom before moving to Canada. He has over 14 years of clinical experience and has a wealth of experience in general family practice ranging from child and adolescent health to adult health with special interest in mental health, men′s health and elderly care.
Dr Adilih believes in patient centered care and ensures that patients are active participants in all aspects of their health care decisions. He is dedicated, hardworking and interested in the holistic wellbeing of patients.

Dr Chibuzo Manafa is a highly proficient Family Physician, distinguished by his medical degree earned in Nigeria and subsequent residency in family Medicine in the United Kingdom. His extensive medical journey culminating in 10 years of experience has equipped Dr Manafa with valuable skills in delivering comprehensive patient care
At the heart of Dr Manafa's practice are his unwavering core values, intricately woven around patient-centred approach and profound commitment to the well-being of those under his expert care. Dr Manafa has special interest in Elderly care, chronic medical diseases and Musculoskeletal medicine.

Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Provider
Rachel obtained her degree from University of Alberta in Edmonton and completed her preceptorship in Public health. Rachel joined the Primary Care Behavioral Health team in October 2023 with prior experience as a Registered Nurse, and extensive experience in the areas of Corrections and Outpost Nursing. As a PCBH, Rachel can help you manage symptoms associated with physical or mental health conditions. This may be providing education, developing new skills, or helping you find resources in the community.
Please note that the services offered by Rachael are only open to registered patients of the physicians in the clinic, and strictly on referral.
