Test Results
Please schedule an appointment at least 2 days after your labs/imaging to review your results with the physician. Receptionist will not discuss lab results over the phone. 

Services that are not covered by insurance
Some of Queensland Medical Clinic’s services are not covered by Alberta Health and Wellness. Please contact the Clinic for information on uninsured service rates and payment options.

Clinic Environment
We are committed to providing a safe , healthy and respectful environment. We expect our patients to be respectful to the staff and avoid any abusive language. 

Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Any request to distribute your medical information to anybody else will be granted only after receiving a signed consent form.
